Drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.
